"The room allocated was front facing the building unfortunately even with the windows closed does not drown out the outside noise. The room allocated on 4th floor decor was looking very tired in comparison to previous visits. The shower lever was broken and came away from the shower unit which had obviously been a problem previously for someone due to the amount of marks on the shower tray floor. "Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf Airport, an IHG Hotel

"It was a great place. There were one tiny issues, I don't know what issue they had with the system and the restaurant was closed. The room I got faced the garbage pickup and it's too loud. And they arrived at 6 or before 6. The climate in the room can't go down 18 degrees Celsius and we had to open the window and that's why the issue mentioned above got worse"

"Outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The only black mark was a washroom that was cooler than the rest of the room. It made the first few minutes out of the shower uncomfortable. As a sort of consolation, the bathroom featured a heated towel rack. The shower was also slow to drain, leading to some initial concerns regarding flooding the suite. The breakfast selection was above average with staff making decorative coffee creations. The hotel is centrally located, with some attractions easily accessible by foot. It is located on a quiet street and away from night life."
