"Short but very comfortable stay . Would have loved to have walked from the grounds into neighboring countryside and hired bikes for the cycle paths- but weather put that idea out the window. Food and options for food were excellent and vast. Staff were very professional and charming . Hope to visit again soon."

"Great location in the centre of Nijmegen. Our room was quite basic but clean. Lots of noise from the pigeons outside as we had a window which faced out into the centre of the building. Extremely steep stairs up to the room but there was an option of a lift. Great cafe/ bar downstairs with lovely staff. Didn’t try the breakfast as so many other options close by. "

"I stayed in the old hotel many years ago and it was fine, the new building is fantastic, very clean and well laid out. The restaurant did a good selection and quality of food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable beds but ideally mattress toppers that don't move would be better. The rooms we had were well equipped with everything we needed and more, such as hair dryer, coffee machine and small chiller fridge. Overall as a family we were very happy with the stay and...

"Het hotel was pas twee dagen open. Daardoor waren er natuurlijk wat opstartprobleempjes. Zag er allemaal strak en kleurrijk uit. Medewerkers moesten in het restaurant nog wel even wennen. Duurde vrij lang eer ze langs kwamen om te vragen wat we wilde drinken en om de kaart te brengen. De kaart was met opzet erg summier. Kan niet anders zeggen dat de pasta's voortreffelijk waren. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Kortom een prima verblijf."

Very clean and up to date chain hotel. Although near train station, no noise when windows closed. Finding the driveway access was a bit tricky because of bicycle paths so dominant in Netherlands."

"Our stay was 9 days. Property was clean. Room was uncomfortably cold—about 62 degrees F most of our stay. I questioned several staff who said they would send someone to look at it but when I mentioned the issue to front desk staff, the said “yeah, the heat has been out in the entire complex for over a week. That’s why we have heaters on our desk!” Staff were a mix of hospitable and cranky. Main issue was upon leaving we were told we could settle our closing bill and if no one was at the front...
