"We were very satisfied with our stay. The cottage is located on a shared property with a few others, but there’s plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The grounds are well-maintained, and there’s a heated pool with lighting, so you can swim even in the evening. The pool is 1.5 meters deep along its entire length — deep enough for adults, but still safe for kids. "Proximity to the ski lifts is this hotel’s benefit. Other than that it is rather mediocre and overpriced property exploiting their location. Breakfast is scarse, staff is nice but poorly trained. Will stay there again if there are no other decent options."

"З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

"Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!"
