"The bed sheets were clean but had spots of old blood on when i was ready for bed. The member of staff who checked me in was fine. The room was basic but what do you expect for the price. The location was pretty good for my requirements. But it is a dodgy neighbourhood. "

"Only here for a night and out most of it but the hotel was clean and the bed comfortable - bathroom was refurbished and the shower was great. The hotel is a stones throw from Nottingham Castle and directly next to an NCP car park. Only had drinks in the bar on the afternoon - it had closed when we got back at 11:15pm which was a shame as there were still people in it. Handy parking next door if you have the NCP app as it reduces the overnight stay from £15 to £10.95."

He was extremely helpful and kept our luggage and did the check in for us as we arrived early and wouldn't be back till later. "Really lovely hotel. My partner and I decided to come to Nottingham for a spontaneous night away and booked this hotel because it was walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the city centre. As expected, the hotel doesn’t have parking but it’s only round the corner from the lace market car park which is fine. The only thing that let it down was that the room was really hot even when turning the heating all the way down to cool and you couldn’t open the windows. But otherwise, lovely hotel...
