"The woman at the front desk was incredibly argumentative. When we checked in the night before, the front desk said we could have a cup of coffee for free the next morning. We went to get coffee, the woman at the front desk started SCREAMING we had to pay for the coffee. I was apologetic and explained about the night prior. "Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et il nous convient bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses (dommage que le café soit disponible dans les chambres mais pas les infusions). L'espace piscine et fitness est top. Les plats servis à la brasserie sont excellents et le buffet desserts toujours bien remplis!!! Dommage, le service était moins bien que d'habitude mais il faut laisser le temps aux élèves de progresser. "
