"this house is great for families or parties with many children. The basement has plenty of space for all of them. It is a beautiful location perfect for tubing up near the dam. Close proximity to a small marina made refueling so easy. The house were super communicative, and helpful! We stay like Gaston every year in a rental and this has been the best best so far"

"Really awesome. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 8 kids ages 5-11. We loved the location in the cove, the kids were able to enjoy the kayak’s, paddle boards, swimming, and fishing off the dock. My daughter caught an 11.5 catfish. Alan was amazing and very punctual with responding to my questions. We can’t wait to come back again."
