"Friendly staff. Short walk to Georgia Theater. "

"The room was good and quiet. Simple and basic was all we needed. Breakfast was below standard; definitely, the least effort possible, but they did have scrambled eggs, "sausage," waffles and bread/toast. Saw one small bug in the bathroom. TV with many channels. Refrigerator in the room. Coffee capsules, but had coffee in lobby and breakfast. Would stay here again for a UGA visit."

"My room was very spacious and the staff wer nice. The only thing that I thought was weird is that it had a no locals policy so if you live within a 30 mi radius you can’t check in. I think it should be in bold whenever someone is booking it, but other than that great stay!"

"The location is with walking distance of a restaurant, a bagel and coffee shop. I had inadvertently booked a smoking room, and the staff were able to make the change to non smoking. The service is minimal but adequate. "
