"Felt safe even though we were just a block off Bourbon Street. The interior room shutters blocked the noise and light better than expected. The parking situation was excellent with an on site garage that was very secure. Well worth the $50 daily charge. The day time valet was very friendly and gave some great recommendations for food and fun. Lots of restaurants, bars and historic sites in walking distance. Very convenient at the end of the night. Now for the bad…nothing unexpected. The hotel...

"The hotel was good but appeared to be a questionable area. But within a few blocks you are by the bigger hotels and casinos. While no one approached us, I am not sure I would want to walk around there to late in the night."

"This property was conveniently located near canal, a police station on the bus line and trolley line. It’s right on the corner for easy uber access also. The hotel was clean and comfy for our 1 night stay. My only complaints is the early check in fee was $50 and there was no shuttle from the airport. I will stay again. "

"This place was great. Free breakfast every morning was not great, but generally pretty good. It has a gym, not much but enough to stay active. A guest laundry, so you can leave with all your clothes clean again. A pool for when it gets too hot. A pool table downstairs for some in house activity. Shuttles that show up in front of the hotel. Entry to the hotel can only be gained by using your room card. It is 3 blocks walking distance from Bourbon St. The only thing I did not appreciate was the $48 per night for parking. That's just ridiculous. There is another parking garage across the street that only charges $23 per night. Parking in general around the French Quarter is ridiculously high priced. Still, I really recommend this hotel. Just Uber from the airport because you are so close to the French Quarter you don't need a car. Trust me, it'll save you alot of money and headaches in the end."
