"A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. "This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"Probably wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, there was no microwave. This was not a major issue but just an inconvenience because we were able to heat up food via the oven. My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. There were issues with insects that mainly just bothered my children. We also noticed the light fixture above our bed needed to be cleaned as...

"Comfortable apartment with everything you need, including a massage chair! The host family is very friendly and helpful. We also got to meet their sheep in the back of their property! A covered outdoor area is also provided with comfortable seating!For dinner we drove up into the hills to the Renchtalhuette! Very cozy place with great food! (and goats to pet)"

"Als wir am Ferienort ankamen, waren wir positiv sehr überrascht vom Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir etwas früher angereist sind, hatten wir bedenken, ob wir schon in die Ferienwohnung gehen konnten. Dies war aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Schnitt. Sie war sehr sauber und war schön eingerichtet. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht. Einige alltägliche Sachen wie z.B. Gewürze waren schon in der Küche vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt....

"Der Weg zum Haus ist super vom Vermieter beschrieben und sehr abenteuerlich. Das Haus steht in absoluter Alleinlage am Waldrand und direkt vor dem Haus beginnen die Weinfelder. Traumhaft schön. Die kleine Auffahrt direkt zum Haus (ca. 50m) ist sehr steil. Vom Parkplatz vor dem Haus geht es ca. 50 Stufen durch den Garten zum Gebäude. Das Außengelände und der Garten könnten etwas mehr liebe vertragen. Oben gibt es eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf Offenburg....

"This is a very unique rental in old town Ettenheim. The town was quiet and beautiful to explore the Prinzengarten, the church on the hill and the other buildings and establishments. The host was very helpful with getting us situated and welcoming us to his Grandmother's house. There is a bathroom on the main floor, dining room kitchen and one bedroom on the next floor. "Great Stay! If I could give a score above 10, I would do that. It is a very nice hotel located in a nice village which is managed with a friendly and supportive owner. We enjoyed staying 7 days there the whole family. Room is designed and decorated very nicely and the materials all over the building are luxurious. Still, the price is affordable. The location is great and the view of the balcony is amazing! Thank you for everything!"
