"I made a mistake booking this hotel. I thought it was Miniloc. But, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the customer service and persistent attention to details. Russel was super helpful. John was extremely cautious and careful in handling senior citizens during the lagoon tour. EJ was so pleasant during the welcome tour. "Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful.
