"Just spent one night there on our trip to the falls. Before arriving did contact the front desk and had some questions about getting around Buenos Aires but they were not very helpful to be honest. Ended up hiring a service of private drivers to get us back-and-forth to the sides of the falls. Did not want to have to drive to the hotel, drop off the bags and then go back to the Argentinian Falls. The place itself however, is very very nice and probably was the nicest hotel we stayed at during...

"Comfortable bed and clean environment. Only 12 minutes walk to the town centre bus station where tourists can take bus to both sides of Iguazu Falls. "

"Exceptional breakfast, clean hotel, not so friendly staff. The room was big with a fridge. The staff could do with some customer care training, especially in the dining area. In the 3 days I was there, the 2 staff continually chatted with each other."
