"I have mixed feelings with this hotel. First of all, it's not a hotel, it is an apartment building. It was clean and very comfortable. However, there is no daily cleaning and/or exchange of towels. At your request, they can clean and and bring you towels but keep in mind that there is no "Front Desk". You will have to write via whattsapp, or email and you need to be in your apartment for them to enter (at least is good security!). In our apartment there was no closet to hang clothes, thus...

"ARC Arenales is a modern long-stay apartment complex, with a large room and a small kitchen if you want to make your own meals. House keeping is every few days, just right for such a long stay. The two issues * The internet was unusable. It was fast when it worked, but it kept dropping every few minutes, making even email or web browsing unusable. * There is a pool. but it's a tiny kiddie pool. Don't believe the pictures."

"We stayed here for 1 week as we explored Buenos Aires. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and changed daily. The restaurant on site is also good for lunch or dinner. The location is close to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, parks. The front staff and all the employees are professional and courteous and gave us a lot of information to help navigate the city. We would stay here again. "
