"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "

"Absolutely brilliant property! It was a gorgeous wee house and so close to everything which made sight seeing so easy! The owners are so sweet and nothing is too much trouble. Would 100% recommend!"

"Our stay at this beautiful house outside Uzes was most pleasant. Everything was pretty much as described with the only exception being the second bathroom. This was located in the spa which is outside the house. We were a bit worried with a family of seven and only one bath in the house, but it worked out fine. "We greatly enjoyed our stay in Uzès. The apartment was well equipped, right down to the pods for the Nespresso machine! Another time, I'd like to try one of the other two apartments with terraces facing the orchard or pool, but even though ours overlooked the parking lot, we ate all our meals outside.
