"Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire. "

"Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. "

"I made the reservation about 3 weeks before my arrival and received a confirmation number. After 5 hrs driving I got to the resort on arrival date around 9pm. To my surprise the front desk told me they did not have a reservation. I showed my VRBO reservation number and the lady told me the host needed to input the reservation into the resort system. I called the phone number listed on the VRBO property page and the lady who picked up told me she will try to input the reservation into the resort...

"Great location in Snowshoe Village; secure, clean parking garage. Condos individually decorated; ours was Pier1off the shelf. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen adequately supplied. "

"Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. "

"Not as much going on in the Summer vs Winter of course, most of the building/restaurant closed this time of year. Other places close by had some activity. However it was quiet, and clean. Was there for the Cass Train Ride. Suited us just fine for a place to stay 2 nights. "

"Really enjoyed the stay- everything was as described. Clean and well cared for. Communication was great and the e guestbook was very helpful! Got in some great runs on the mountain and was able to enjoy the evening night life. Would stay again, for sure!"
