"While i have stayed this Hampton hotel before, it was a decent stay. I love the convenience of the harbor and what they offer. While staff did a good job on fixing the toilet when it was back up. The housekeeping didn't came to my room while i was staying there for 4 nights. Overall good stay, but try have housekeeping come by when i leave out of the room. "

"Always like staying at The Hotel. Love my view of the university. Love the convenience of all the food places. Enjoy that you can now contact the front desk via text instead of calling or going down. Having both the escalator and an elevator not operating was a very large inconvenience. Waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is crazy and no steps are not an option. The escalator has been broken since i was last there in December. But regardless will still be back in April and May and August"

"Property was clean , rooms were clean. Attached Indian restaurant was very good. Good experience. Minor road noise was noticeable, nothing experienced like other travelers. Room was acceptable and slept just fine, good value for the price. "

"We had to go to front desk for clean towels and no one emptied our trash can. We did that ourselves daily. The staff was very kind and courteous."
