Perfect location for access to Brown, RISD, and Downtown Providence along with many good restaurant options and a Trader Joe’s for snacks and quick items nearby. Rooms are decent sized, however, the appliances (air conditioner/heat, fridge) and squealing shower door are a bit disruptive for sleeping and relaxation. "Excellent vibe and delicious breakfast! The concrete walls add privacy and insulation which was perfect for unwinding after an evening out. It was a good getaway for my partner and me. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Outside the hotel, the location is close to many chain eateries and downtown Providence is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants a hotel with privacy and a bit of industrial flair."

"I love a boutique hotel for all its quirks. Love the wooden floor. Similar to my house. Bed was comfy. Blinds in the room made it plenty dark. Shower was a bit too small. "Hotel in general was very nice as was the restaurant. However, the room was sub-par. Only got around 5 minutes of hot water for 2 people, toilet ran and bathroom door did not close. We mentioned hot water issue to desk staff but nothing changed - nor did we get an update. The staff did comp our parking."

"Spent one evening at the Providence Hilton with my parents and sister. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, though we did have to call the front desk multiple times to resolve issues (including having to move my parents to a new room as their heat didn't work). Despite the inconveniences I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Providence."
