"Very nice and clean place. Well maintained. Expensive for what you get. No coffee machine or refrigerator in the room. For coffee you need to pay for a very expensive buffet ($22) or drive to the next town. Virtually no soap in the room. Need to press the dispenser a lot to get any soap. Owner was untruthful with me about dinner. Told me the only option was a four course meal also expensive but very tasty. After I received my meal I started seeing other diners (locals) getting different...

"This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice part of Bolzano. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the wifi was very weak, pretty much unusable in the room but fine in the lobby and restaurant."
