Only negative was the transport.. we have visited Egypt several times and expect erratic fast driving. "It was the best stay ever! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially for people with kids, not for those who want to party all night long. The area is not huge, but enough for evening walks and for all activities. The staff is soo nice, especially Ahmed from reception. He helped with every single thing right away! "Everything was amazing especially the staff service and food as well as good organization. The only pit fall was mentioning heated pool but it was cold and most people didn’t go in for swimming. We had to get a permit through the GM to swim in the pool of the next door hotel belonging the the same group where temp was 28 degrees and was very nice."
