"Lovely hotel. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little put out at our treatment or lack of in the hotel restaurant. We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "

"Der check in war sehr problemlos und die Wohnung sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet! In nur ca 20 min ist man in Straßburg. Vor Ort gab es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit.Die Vermieterin stand für jegliche Fragen bereit.Waren das 2.mal dort echt klasse und gerne wieder "

"We had a wonderful stay in Mutzig. Gilbert is an excellent, very kind host. He was waiting for us and he spent quite the time to explain all the details about eveything in the house as well as how and where we could spend our days in Alsace. House is very beautiful with all the amenities of a complete house. Everything that you could possibly need are included. It is very clean. Homemade jam and local sweets were gifted to us. The location of the house is excelent. You could walk to the village...

"The weather was uncomfortably hot and the house offered no relief from the heat.There was nothing “wrong” with the property but there was nowhere to sit to relax and the mattresses on the bed were very uncomfortable."

"We throughly enjoyed our three nights in Anke's cottage. It provided a great base to explore Strasbourg and the Alsace region. The cottage itself is cozy and enchanting, located on the grounds of a larger chatelet. Anke and her husband Eric were welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend!"
