"Check-in was easy and quick. As for the area out and around the hotel, dirty and unkept. I realize that is not the responsibility of Sandals but it does make the outside are less attractive. We did travel to the market where the cruise ships dock. Lots of shops there, all the same kind of tourist souvenirs. We did have to arrange travel to and from town and the traffic was awful. "

It was perfectly prepared. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic getaway. "

"Staff were friendly enough - but perhaps a list of eating options for xmas eve would have been helpful. I ended up walking 25 mins each way to the gas station at night. I liked the location and facilities. if you modernized a couple of the features, like curtains, would have totally different feel, but it's stilll lovely and great value. "

The beach was a short walk down the hill and very private. "Pictures don’t do Bay House justice. The view is worth the long rides/ walk up the hill to get to the property. The staff is friendly and so helpful whenever you need help or assistance. I would choose them all over again if I should return to Grenada "
