"We’ve stayed here before and so long as you don’t accept Apt 1A, it’s great. 1A is overlooked by the café, has no balcony and has floor cleaning equipment right next to the bed. One word of caution - there is no longer any physical presence in the building so you must have a charged phone to get door codes etc. "

"Location is the main draw, right in the middle of downtown Salta. All is walkable. We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. Room itself is fairly small, but ok for a couple of days. "

"I wanted to have the time to review this site. I think this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your staying in Salta. I totally recommend the place, the attention of the hosts, the views, the decorations. I loved the balconies and the large pool with a place special for argentinian barbecues. "Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Early Check-in war kostenlos möglich, und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war super schnell und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet – ein echtes Wohlfühlambiente. Die Lage war ideal, und das Frühstück im Café nebenan war richtig lecker. "Room was comfortable, had a porch, ac, kitchen, and bidet. There is a cafe next to the building. Gym has a leg curl, leg extension, lat pull down, preacher curl and a universal. The negative is that there is one clip and no handles for the universal. there is an outdoor patio off the gym with a jacuzzi but the water was not inviting. All in all, very good place for the money. "

"Excellent Hosts. They communicated with us all the time. Our breakfast was also included in the rate and was even delivered to the apartment in a schedule that fitted our own. The property was impeccable, modern, well lit and a great size for a family of 6.(5 comfortable beds) It also had a convenient washer on the premises. We would definitely recommend it and will return!!!!"

"Not certain what I can add, to the multitude of reviews already submitted. The great: - Excellent central location, walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, etc. - The staff I dealt with were polite, helpful and friendly. The good: - The free breakfast had a good selection of food, and operated from 6:00-10:00 AM. The early start was helpful for guests going on early tours, or departing for the airport early, who could have breakfast before leaving. - The bathroom in my room had instant hot water, unlike many LATAM hotels and hostels which have lukewarm water at best, after running the water for 5 minutes. The Average: - the wifi was spotty. In my room, my iPhone had virtually no connectivity. My tablet was better. I sometimes had to go to the lobby to get strong enough wifi for some online activities. - Yes, the hotel is old. All the bathroom fixtures, light switches, etc., are old school, but in good repair. Just don’t expect a lot of modern conveniences. For example, my bathroom was very tiny, to the point where my knees would touch the opposite wall while I was sitting on the toilet The Poor: - My room was adjacent another establishment, so noise from next door was common, via the window, though generally tapered off around 11:00 PM. Also, the interior hard surfaces of the hotel (tile, hardwood doors, metal keyed locks) were conducive to noise transmission. I tried to be mindful of this when coming and going at quiet times, but many guests were not. "

Beautiful hotel, excellent service and friendly st

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The room was comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, and anticipated the needs of their guests, e.g., inquiring if there were any excursions planned the next day in order to make it easier for their guests to have breakfast tge next day. Breakfast starts at 7am, and most of our tours started at 7am. This accommodation was greatly appreciated."

Well kept hotel at great location

"Old hotel that’s been kept amazingly well. Extremely clean and very well located. Breakfast items were decent compared to what you’d normally get at other Argentine hotels—they had scrambled eggs and Greek yogurt, which I appreciated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and come back if I’m ever in the area"

"The service from everyone at the hotel was impeccable - friendly and professional. Good location right on the main square. Hotel has maintained a good part of its colonial heritage. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The only negative is that the room was carpeted. Wooden floors would be a big improvement."
