"This is a newish property with some innovations that I appreciate. Principal is a no slip shower stall with controls away from the splash zone. I can't confirm, but I believe the floor "tile" is cushion too. It is certainly nonslip. That said, the bed is very comfortable and the HVAC perfect as far as I could tell – – this during a cold snap. There's even a classy bar downstairs. I thought it was an improvement. The breakfast in the morning was OK because I think the eggs are dehydrated and...

In spite of the fact that the motel was fully booked and the room assignments were giving him fits, the front desk clerk was so pleasant and friendly that I felt like I was walking into my Mom's house!"
