"Our room was well designed and comfortable, four poster bed with a great private terrace and lovely views of the old town. The hotel itself is well located and appointed with a good bar and lovely breakfast room. Just an observation and not a criticism, the light fittings are positioned to low and there are some repairs and new furnishings required to bring things to the highest standard. "

" My stay at this property was excellent! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in the beautiful Sierra mountains. We used this charming spot as a stopover on our journey from Ronda to Seville, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The small village setting added a magical touch, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The local food was fantastic, showcasing authentic flavors that were a joy to experience. I would definitely look forward to visiting this place again in the future to explore more of its hidden gems. "We have been staying in this price level throughout Andalusia and the quality of this room was by far the best. Fancy bed and fancy mini balcony overlooking gorgeous pool setting. Felt like a fancy hotel and when you are looking to save money,that is not usually expected by us. Room was smaller than most. I would say that the shower situation is not safe for someone afraid of falling or with mobility issues because it’s a bathtub you have to step into and it is slippery with no mats. Fine for most but I’d have been terrified to have my 86 yr-old mother use it had she been with us (for example). Can’t verify if every room is this way. "

"Arcos is a peculiar hotel located atop a cliff on the highest part of town. Do not try driving on the towns narrow streets. Call the hitel and get directons to the remote parking area. Beautiful town and many bars and restaurants to choose. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Tambor del Llano! The inn, grounds, and farm are lovely and peaceful. We spent 2 nights and we wish we had booked at least 3 nights. We rode their wonderful horses, ate delicious meals, and truly enjoyed just spending time at the inn and and on the grounds. We could explore the fun and busy nearby white villages, but we were always so happy to return to our "home" at Tambor. "

"Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. Good size room and excellent shower facilities. In a perfect location to visit the old city center. We had a late bus and the owner let us stay for a while in the lobby to read. Also had a very nice breakfast included. Would recommend. "
