"Great hotel and wonderful experience!"

"Staff rummaged through my belongings and stole my valuables. Items stolen required sophisticated search techniques. Lip service from management only. Do not leave anything behind if you leave your room. And to top that off, first night stay no air conditioning…they could not fix and sweat box all night with little sleep. Other than moving me to another room , not even offering me a free cocktail from a terrible sleep in plus 26. You just would not expect this from such a high calibre hotel or at least they portray themselves as a high calibre hotel and charge big money."

"It was a nice stay for an overnight accommodations. Although, we wanted to extend our stay and eat at the delicious hotel restaurants again. Only downside was the fact that the cable/satellite services wasn't working on any of the TV's. Front desk did send someone for the evening but he only got 1 televison working and we ended up having the same issue in the morning. But the room and views were exactly what I requested. I truly wanted to stay longer and enjoy the space."
