"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Location of hotel is 5 meters from ski slope. Pesonal in hotel is very friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean with free wi-fi. The atmosphere is homely, the staff is dressed in local costumes. I missed only more local food."

"Very nice hotel for the money, clean comfy room, friendly staff, natural mineral water from a local spa, fantastic breakfast. The spa, saunas etc are also clean, a free chocolate bar upon leaving, I was very impressed and will return for a longer stay next time I take my motorbike to the alps"

My particular room would not be many people’s choice of decor but it was such a talking point and did not deter from the comfort. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Nachweis (Screenshot) wurde uns nach einer weiteren längeren Wartezeit ein anderes Apartment zugesagt. Im 9. Monat schwanger mit Gepäck und Kleinkind irrten wir dann ohne näherer Beschreibung durch unterirdische Gänge und Tiefgaragen auf der Suche nach dem anderen Zimmer. "Great service, great breakfast we had dinner one night (buffet) at the hotel it was only okay but a little expensive if you would ask me. The room was spacious with a great view. The decor is in need of some updates. And like in many hotels the WiFi isn’t the best. The hotel is located outside the village so to get to restaurants/markets you will have to walk about 20 min. "The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
