"Great stay at Jetwing From the start the staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and shown to our beach view room. Room was very clean and spacious. Large shower room and deck area were great. Extensive food options avaialble and all that we had were very tasty. Other facilities like pool and gym appeared inviting, although we only had 2 nights and so were unable to make use, as we had trips planned. Had a great stay and would recommend."

"The hotel is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. I have been to this hotel as a child and it was a fantastic hotel back then but now its gone down so much! The room was dirty and had a terrible smell.The room looked like it wasn't clean for years. We complained to the manager and he move us to another room and it was also very dirty and my partner showed the manager the dirty parts of the room and the manager agreed that the room is not clean. "The hotel was clean and well furnished. We had a balcony room which had fabulous view of the river, a great place for watching nature around you. It was very peaceful. The pool area is good with separate pool for toddlers. This also overlooks the river. The staff were excellent. All polite and helpful which you find a lot in Sri Lanka. "This is a fancy place, the lobby reminded me of a cruise ship. There was even live music! The swimming pool is large and pristine, and you can watch a variety of birds in the river while you soak in the pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facilities are first class and the dinner buffet is amazing."
