"We had an excellent 5 night stay. The location of the property is quiet and relaxing, yet only a few minutes from everything the Maleny area has to offer. Host Gail was so friendly yet never intruded. Extras like a bottle of wine and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was cool and rainy for the first 4 days,but we were in the clouds so the mist was beautiful. Cosy and comfy. A special place to really unwind, with great restaurants like The Terrace and Sukothai only a few minutes drive up the road. Our old cattledog Jack was warmly welcomed. The house had plenty of room for 3 adults, and a well stocked library and video choices. Hoping to return very soon. Thank you Gail!"

"Absolutely a relaxing stay. Loved the cabin, fire pit, spa. Wildlife was beautiful to listen to, loved exploring the acres on our numerous walks. Pixie and Dixie were super friendly and my dog loved their company. John was a great host and loved chatting to him. Will definitely be back"

"We are long time friends who like to get together every few months with our dogs. The little cottage was lovely, very comfortable with great views & fabulous yard for our fur babies to run around in. Even though it rained we were able to snuggle up with a fire. So lovely to have somewhere so nice to share with our dogs. Thank You for making that possible. "

"Just perfect for our family! We arrived to have a good time in a big house but found a beautiful home and had a great time. There was plenty of everything to meet our needs in all the different areas from kitchen to laundry and in between! We loved the layout of the house, (& the chalkboard walls in bedrooms are very interesting). The views match the house…both are worth looking at! The fire place heated up the house very well. We had a couple of men that did a great job of keeping it stoked. The location was excellent for visiting the local attractions. A couple of our fellows enjoyed the local golf course despite the holiness! Thank you so much for opening yr home up for rental. We really appreciated it! "

"We arrived to the smell (and very soon after, the taste) of freshly-baked bread. The hosts had thought of everything, and our cottage was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and warm, with robes, a spa, a modern kitchen, and both air conditioning and a fireplace. We shared the surrounds - about three minutes from Maleny township - with chickens, kookaburras and wallabies. It was an ideal place to stay for time out and a bit of luxury. We’ll be back."

"Great location, no noise other than the sound of birds. Michael great host, house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our dog to run - she didn't want to chase another ball by the end of our stay! Can't wait to get back again."
