"Our family visits Williamsburg yearly to visit Busch Gardens Christmastown. We love staying in this hotel. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, especially the lady that runs the kitchen for the delicious breakfast. The rooms are big, clean and fairly priced. The indoor pool and hot tub are always fun. There is even an arcade. "

"This isn’t my first visit to this hotel, but I must say, they truly surprised me this time! The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns with professionalism. While the building has an older charm, they’ve maintained it beautifully—it’s really clean and well taken care of. It’s also reassuring to see that they’re actively working on resolving some humidity issues. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I look forward to coming back again!"
