"The room itself was fine, and the breakfast offered in the morning was very nice. The only issue I had with the hotel was that the automatic door walking into the hotel wasn't working, so there was a sign for customers to slide it open manually. That was a bit of a struggle for us in our 60s carrying luggage! It was very hard to open, and the temperature was in the teens, and the wind was blowing. "The hotel is very clean. However, the hot tub was drained with gross water at the bottom. When checking in, the front desk lady advised us that the pool closed at 10pm but never mentioned the hot tub was out of service. It would have saved us the hassle if changing and getting everyone ready to go relax in the hot tub."

"Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We only have 2 complaints: 1) when we walked in the room, it smelled musty and I have a severe mold allergy so I was worried about a reaction (didn't have one) but it would be great if the rooms could have the fans turned on before we arrive to air out the room. 2) we could smell the purple cleaner while in the breakfast area. It would be great if you could find a more natural cleaner instead of that strong smell/harsh chemical used around...
