"This property is perfect! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is so nice and helpful, and the location is ideal. It's a 10 min drive from the bus terminal and 2 min walk to the city center. You will love staying here! "

"Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi...

No hay conector de luz en el tocador del baño y el techo del jacuzzi estaba resanado sin pintar, no lo que se espera de un lugar spa boutique. Otro asunto es que se quedó abierta la llave del jacuzzi y el agua que se salió del jacuzzi por la coladera les acabó inundando toda la cocina por lo que me cobraron una multa por mal uso de instalaciones.
