"Staff willingness to help with any request was fabulous. House cleaning was perfect and requests were completed efficiently. Food was fabulous in Krystal restaurant (as was the service by Kreshmita) and very good elsewhere. For a small island, its amazing what they have achieved. Our only concern was in the buffet restaurant one evening when it was very busy and the food couldnt be replenished quick enough, so choice was limited. Bar service and choice of premium alcohol was very good, and I only recall re-asking for our drinks once, but they soon arrived. Sanju and Desy always kept us topped up and provided great service. The island is kept pristine looking by a team of hard workers trimming shrubs amd maintaing the beach. The wildlife was great to see, which we hadnt been expecting. We came for some rest and relaxation, and the Palace provided that in abundance. If you want to do more activities, then the sister Atol island is well stocked with livelier entertainment and good water sports. We snorkeled all the reef and had a wonderful adventure. From baby shark within 2 feet of the waters edge, to ray and sharks off the jetty pier it was a fabulous experience. We chose to go on the boat snorkelling trip at $75 per person. The service and safety was very good but the reef location was very poor. The reefs on the island were much much better and free. This left us feeling that we had paid for a boat trip. Everything considered, the Palace is very good to excellent."

"We stayed on a water bungalow from December 25-31, 2024. The staff was amazing from the second we arrived in Male` to the time we arrived back in Male`! The water bungalow was very nice and amazing to just sit on the deck and watch all the sea life go by. We Would communicate with the other water bungalow visitors to give each other a heads up when sea life was going by and what direction they were heading. It was very enjoyable interacting with the other people in the bungalows was a good way to meet them. I would like to give a huge thank you to all the staff specifically; Ali- who took care of our bungalow and us throughout our stay, he was the best and kindest person and was just amazing!! Made our stay special ! Sajjet- who took care of us throughout our dining experience and even beyond that, he really helped make our stay special too! Fernando - the house keeping manager who was always available if we needed anything , although we never did do to great rooms and Ali being so fantastic. Fernando, you have a Great team and thanks for letting us know you are there for us! Kalam- he is the guy on the island who climbs the palm trees to get the fresh cocoanuts. I actually got a video of him going up and down cocoanut trees. Don- who works the area where the seaplanes and boats come in. I would go to that area and Don was such a pleasure to talk too! Wajeeth, Rajana and Yasin took care of us when going through the buffet area and answer any questions we had. Thank you! "

"I was here in November 2024 when it was rainy. But this is not something the resort can do anything about. The resort is beautiful and enough to do here for adults. I recommend this for adults only.."
