Unfortunately, during our week stay there were several things that occurred that detracted from the experience. 1) The front gate was broken when we arrived which required workers to repair during our time there..you will have to pay for electricity during the stay so we were able to negotiate a discount for this power usage. 2) The water pressure/water to the toilets was diminished to non existent for part of the trip..might actually be a city...

"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad "
