"It is a very attractive modern house with nice deck. Unfortunately, no hangers in the master bedroom closet, the Expresso coffee maker did not work, the dishwasher broke down. The owner left no instructions for using the appliances or for anything else. When we reached him, he was responsive- fixed the coffee maker and replaced the dish washer."
