"What I liked the most is the relaxing environment that offers being on the Hotel and outside of it. Also the facilities and the organized things. I rate this hotel 9 out of 10 because the footsteps on the other rooms and the noise people make can be heard and scare you with the doors closing roughly. "This is a purpose built hotel on edge of town, close by the motorway. There is an outdoor car park. Some building work was in progress but, other than closing the outdoor pool and surrounding area, this had no impact on our stay. There is also a small(ish) indoor pool and gym. There were English speaking staff on reception, at bar and in the restaurant. The bar was nice with good, very helpful, barman. "The hotel has an excellent location right next to the main square in the city. We were greeted by Roberto at receptionwho was wonderful. As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super."

"Chose this hotel for a one night stay on the way to Santander as it was dog friendly and previous good reviews. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was much appreciated. We ate in the bar which had a good choice of food and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
