"My second time staying at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, being right in the middle of the old quarter, but away from noisy bars, which makes it quiet for sleeping at night and is within walking distance of major sites. The rooms are nicely decorated and are cleaned every day, and the minibar items are cheap and restocked every day. The WiFi is reliable and very fast. All of the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Anna, who always comes to chat to you at breakfast, and every other time she sees you throughout the day. I lost all of my bank cards in an accident, and Anna helped me out by arranging for a money transfer instead, which was perfect, and meant that I didn't have to cut my holiday short. The second time I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning from Ninh Binh, the staff allowed me to check in early so that I didn't have to hang around all day. The selection of food available for breakfast was very good, and they have a good cooked breakfast selection too. If you are looking for a bit of luxury and hospitality, then you won't be disappointed in this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Hanoi. "

"Amazing accommodation for the affordable price in the center of district 1! This place was more than we could have hoped for. It is walkable to nearly everything you want to see. The hotel staff helped us with airport pickup, calling a car to further districts and our heavier luggage’s. The buffet is incredible! We still think about the food and coffee there til this day.
