We had an issue with feather duvets and asked to be changed but were told that no one in housekeeping they had gone home. Someone did change it though whilst we were out. Check in and check out was painful the computer system being clearly slow didn’t help I had booked an access room but didn’t get one - we managed but if...

"Lovely grounds. Could do with a map of the grounds. Also a loo brush, glasses and decent sized uncracked cups. Dry comfortable. "

"This hotel is a great location to walk into town. The hotel the has been upgraded throughout with a lovely outside seating area, however the swimming pool etc is in need of an upgrade to go in line with the modern decor of the hotel. "
