"This was our first visit to Germany and so glad we stayed here. The location was a perfect home base to visit Munich and other towns within the Bavaria region including Worthsee. Hosts have a well maintained and lovely property."

"Our family had a wonderful time in Aitrang. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. There was a ping pong table and board games to keep our children entertained and we all enjoyed using the wonderful hot tub. It is set in a very tranquil location with idyllic views. The Frank Family were wonderful hosts and everything went smoothly. We didn't want to leave!"

The town was very quiet when we visited (June, before school break), but it was just the quiet lovely space that we wanted. "The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. A key lockbox would be convenient to use only if you have someone unable to be in...

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir sind mit dem Bus zur Zugspitze und Eibsee, die Fahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Blick aus dem Fenster atemberaubend. Klare Empfehlung!"

"We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)"

"This is not a chain hotel but a lovely traditional hotel in town that is not far from Munich. The staff was very helpful, town is small "real German town" not a big city but only 1/2 an hour away but the train was only 2 blocks from the hotel. And it ran every 20 minutes. We found 4 good restaurants that were all within walking distance, few stores, with very friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel for a true German Experience and an EZ trip to Munich without the hassle of driving"

AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa

"Great, great location to see the two castles. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of their spa. There's parking at a reasonable rate. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room has a view of one of the castle. Room was decorated nicely, plenty of space. Buffet breakfast was great, excellent quality. We wish we could stayed longer than 2 nights. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very friendly people The owners are actually on property and they make the experience exceptional I was very happy to stay at this hotel I flew in from the United States tired and about 9:00 a.m. . I called and asked if I could come early and they were like no problem I thank them later and they said that as long as the room was clean they had no problem letting me have it early which is something you just don't find really anywhere but they were warm and welcoming the breakfast buffet was incredible and the beds were very comfortable the linen and blankets were perfect. I love the view from the breakfast buffet in the morning surrounded by the mountains so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone it was very comfortable."
