"The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical."

"Michael is a great host and his house is beautiful, comfortable, well located and clean. We had a great time and zero issues during our stay. I’d recommend his house in a heartbeat and would stay there again for sure!"

"The place in Baton Rouge is horrible , had roaches wall socket coming out of the wall in the kitchen, no glasses to drink celling fan light look like it was falling. Loud music in the neighborhood.Check in time suppose to be at 4:00 P.M., we couldn't get in till after 9:00 P.M. TV didn't work the remotes didn't work , and couldn't get on to the wifi. Just a Horrible place,"
