"I was there to catch a plane early in the morning. Like everyone else. I did find it quite noisy till about 11:00, The little man who checked me in was fantastic. I am quite certain that is the guy I talk to when I called and asked questions. He is really good and you should give him a raise. Also, I'm a little worried when I come back I'm not going to be able to get my car out with all the snow and stuff. I hope you have a shovel that I can borrow. Thank you"
