"Stayed overnight on 2 separate days for only the nights due to the time frame of my itinerary. The management staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating due to my late checkin times. Only had the opportunity of visiting 2 attractions in Whangarei. Loved every minute. Would like to see more if I come to New Zealand for another holiday. "

"Great stay, my only comment would be the switch to turn the light off was behind the curtains at the front door! Minor problem I just like to be able to turn the lights of from the bed! Like I say, just a minor thing for me!"

"First time staying in a Glamping tent and it was such a great experience! The Glamping tent is nice, cosy and warm. Was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Very lovely hosts and fresh farm eggs with treats was a very kind surprise! We will definitely be booking again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the bach. The view is stunning, the wildlife enchanting and Julia was the perfect host. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds very comfy, and the place was spotless. The local beaches are heavenly and well worth an explore. I'd definitely recommend this bach to anyone wanting to chillout and slow down, and we'd definitely stay again."

"The property was clean and the living and bedroom areas were large. There were no wardrobes in the bedrooms but plenty of room to have them. The views were beautiful. The pool pump room was literally located within the main bedroom, so it was very noisy through the day. The driveway was very, very steep. I was concerned our car would not get up it. "A warm welcome from Kevin and the dogs on arrival. A lovely clean, beautifully decorated accomodation. All necessary equipment to cook and some basic pantry items provided. Relaxing, welcoming and attractive lodge.

"Modern, very comfortable studio unit. Excellent supply of bathroom necessities, including shower cap. Darker makeup flannel, always appreciated. Kitchenette with good supply of utensils, S&P, cooking oil, Plunger coffee and range of teas. Sadly, we didn't have enough spare time to use the pool, but wish we had. Even though the Lodge is on a very busy main road, we couldn't hear the traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again. No shops, cafes or restaurants within walking distance, but didn't feel that was a problem."
