"Nice large room and good amount of space as we were recommended this hotel by friends. Fixtures are dated but functional. Great view of the canal from our room! My only complaint is the layout of the bathroom with the toilet in front of the doorway I tripped and fell on the hard tile floor. Consider reversing the door swing so that the toilet is not immediately in front of the opening. "

"Charming and wonderful hotel. We stayed in a loft room, which was clean and had a great view. The parking was adjacent, and it was only a few minutes on foot to the canal and tourist attractions, which made my 80-year-old mother, who has mobility issues, very happy. The breakfast for my daughter with multiple allergies was also adjusted to her needs, which was a big help. The bar right as you enter had a great atmosphere, and we enjoyed local whiskies such as Yoichi, which can only be found...

"check in time is 4 p.m. that 's too late , should be 3 p.m. If you come early you have to stand downstair because the elevator will start to work from check in time or have to wait for customer who has the code to open the main door and climb to the third floor which is the lobby room . "オープンしたてとあってとても綺麗でした。古い建物と新しい建物の融合も素敵でした。 かなり急な坂道を上がった所にあるので、年配の方や小さな子ども連れの方は車でないととても厳しそうです。 滞在中、一つしかない自動販売機も壊れており、お水を買うのにも一苦労でした。（コンビニは距離的には近いけどパッと行ける環境ではありません。） また、とても気になったのが、廊下は靴を脱がなくてはいけないのに、外をガラガラ押してきたスーツケースは拭いたりもせずそのまま部屋まで運ばなくてはいけないという‥何とも不衛生でした。。受付に近隣の地図やパンフレットもなくて残念な所は多々ありますがこれから改善される事を願います。 部屋の作りはとてもモダンで広く、ゆっくりできました。"
