"Maria was exceptionally helpful throughout our 2 week stay at Casa Madreu, and was interested in where we had explored and offerred suggestions which were much appreciated. We went on long walks (6-7 hours) most days, and at the end of the day we always went swimming either at one of the lovely beaches n the coast, or in some beautiful pools in the nearby river. The place is magical and perfect for someone that loves to enjoy beaches in the morning and peace in the evenings cooking all fresco and enjoying the stunning Mountain View’s. Vincenzo’s Dad, Pietro, was tending the gardens every morning and he was a true gentleman. They have given us their own grown tomatoes, and wine. The villa has a stunning character and charm.
