We were upgraded on arrival - with an extra TV room - even though they didn’t need to, and the beds were so comfy, both of us had a wonderful night’s sleep. Spa bath switch jammed 'on' so had to be controlled by pull cord by door and plug leaked, couldn't relax in it as jets set to full power and on all the time.
