Introducing a delightful two-story condo with two cozy bedrooms on the second floor. The main floor features a spacious dining room, a welcoming living room, a well-appointed kitchen, and convenient access to the backyard. Additionally, a laundry room in the basement adds to the convenience. The backyard is shared with friendly Airbnb neighbors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your guests. Don't miss out on this charming home!

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring complete privacy. The backyard is open to our guests and neighboring Airbnb guests, offering separate sitting areas and a designated bonfire space for a memorable outdoor experience.

Dangerous, Dirty, Disaster
Rented for 3 weeks. In contrast with well--manicured neighboring yards, outside landscape filled with weeds--mail in both units piling up and falling on porch. Unsafe interior conditions caused me injuries, visit to Urgent Care for x-rays. Front porch light out, lighting too dim to clearly see stairs to 2nd floor clearly, bedroom door disengaged from hinges and crashed on me, basement stairs disengaging from stair case--sharp ends of nails protruding, banister to basement disengaging from brackets. Visible dirt and debris throughout, overflowing, open garbage can outside back door drawing insects and animals. Can't sit in back yard. Can feel wires under very thin mattress--no box spring. Sheets too big for mattress Had to vacate premises for my own safety after 1 week, incurring hotel expenses. Several requests for refund of remaining 2 weeks rent received replies that ignored the issue.Today's request for remaining 2 weeks has been denied.
