Overall my stay was not satisfactory. At multiple points during the night (1am-3am) other guest were yelling, letting a child run up and down the halls and just being overall inconsiderate to the other guests. The hotel staff did not appear to care or say anything. I am in town for work and was unable to get sleep or any work done with all the distractions

Everyone was just super loud. Management wasn’t doing anything about it. I asked for a late checkout coz i never took part in the facilities purchased (breakfast, pool etc). Was denied a late check out. The building looked extremely old and falling apart. The toilet was like stained on the seat. There’s a lot of room for improvement here. The best part was the employees they were extremely happy joyful and friendly.

The first day walking down the hall to our room there was a pile of dirty laundry in the hallway that we had to maneuver around to get to our room! Another day there was a pile of dirty laundry on the elevator
