I was stuck far from home with my son in heavy snow. I was told there were no rooms available but my mother was able to get us one minutes later. I wonder why my young son and I were turned away. Besides this, it was a very nice stay, good breakfast and nice pool.

The hotel was under construction when we got there. The whole place smelled like some kind of glue. We also couldn’t use the fitness center because it wasn’t open due to construction. I’m a little disappointed for the amount I paid for my stay.

The hotel switched our room without notifying us. Booked two queen beds and they put us in king bed and pull out couch. Didnt know until we were in room. Didnt even tell us at check in. I went to desk and got them to change it back. It was soooo noisey with housekeeping at 8am on sunday morning. Banging on walls, laughing and yelling out to one another in the hallwaus and high powered vacumme outside our door for well over 1/2 hour. Woke us up.
