The lighting in the room was abysmal ... impossible to do any reading. Water pressure in the sink and shower was very low. The shower doors must not have been installed well or weren't level because the doors kept sliding open so I had to stick a wash cloth in the track to keep them from moving.

This was a great place to stay for a family wedding in Ann Arbor. We had 2 rooms, front staff was ok. Breakfast was good, waffle machine down the 2 mornings we were there, grand kids disappointed. However swimming pool nice. Would stay again when visiting family.

No Elevator, 40 ADA travelers!
I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a group of 40 disabled athletes, all of whom requested ADA-compliant rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a significant issue: the elevator was broken when we arrived, and I was assigned a room on the third floor. As an above-knee amputee, I was expected to crutch up and down multiple flights of stairs each day, which caused me severe pain—especially challenging while I was competing for a spot on the women’s national parahockey team. Despite informing the staff, the elevator was never repaired during my entire three-day stay. This was incredibly distressing, as the lack of elevator access directly impacted my comfort and ability to perform at my best during the competition. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to storing my wheelchair while I was in my room. However, the unresolved elevator situation overshadowed these positives. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent future guests from experiencing similar challenges.
