The best part of our stay was that the bed was comfortable. Others in our group said their bed was horrible. Quiet hours and non-smoking rooms are not enforced. Very noisy and strong smell of weed on our floor. Understaffed. Our room was missing bedding and towels. Fairly clean, but could use updates.

The hotel looked nothing like the photos. It was rundown behind a boarded up bank and between car dealerships. The main entrance was not obvious. We drove around a couple times to make sure we were in the right place. The rooms need updating and some tlc. The tub handle fell off in our hand and all they would do about it is let us pick a snack from their mini store. We added the breakfast and the options were minimal. We were lucky if there was 1 room on each floor reserved it was like a ghost town inside the hotel. Dont was your money.

I had a wedding to attend sat. August 31st. I checked in Friday afternoon to have room to stage and dress before wedding Saturday Aug 31st. So room was under average to be a connecting suite. Furniture is very out dated, fridge pivoting back n forth. Microwave, you pull handle and whole microwave comes like ready to fall off shelf. Didn’t even see if it opened after that. Toilet wouldn’t flush, waters rising, I call front desk, no maintenance on duty til after I check out Sunday. Solution was give me key to use bathroom in room next to my (suite)) I just decided to leave early n head home. I guess for location to wedding excellent. Room 👎👎👎 if all Suites are like that one they need a serious renovation.

The staff was wonderful had a group of kids playing unattended in the hallway after hours the staff quickly defused the situation my only complaint is the pool was cloudy and ppl had no control over their children diving in three feet of water scream I mean constantly and it echoed my kids and I just said forget and hit the water park
