Great Breakfast, food was awesome and they used real plates and utensils, very nice touch. Very conveniently located and friendly front desk. The elevators were a little slow but still very excellent facility.

Property was ok. No coffee 24/7. Random chicken nuggets leftover in the drawers from prior guest. Coffee pot in room was cheap and no creamer except powdered. Room service every other day not convenient for a 2 day stay. Not enough towels to make it through 2 days with 2 guests.

Nicely renovated rooms. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. One issue at check-in: We prepaid for a high floor, but there was none available when we checked in and we were assigned a 2nd floor room. I mentioned to desk staff that I paid a higher rate for a high floor, and he said he would figure out how to make it right for us - perhaps a drinks voucher, once he confirmed with a manager. We never heard back. Not a huge deal financially, but on principle that was not good hospitality.

The staff was great, the property was good but the room (PTAC) heater was so loud that it was difficult to sleep, room fridge wasn't working. Breakfast was very good !
