Great experience
I stayed here for 8 nights with my small dog while I was visiting MI for work. -We loved Jean’s place. It was clean, spacious, had a desk and external monitor which was fantastic considering I do alot of work from home. -The fenced in yard was amazing for my city dog. -Location is great! The house is located on the main road but there is very little traffic on this road, so I felt safe walking in the evenings around the neighborhood. -Surrounding towns are 5-10 min away like royal oak and Birmingham. -Jean provided easy instructions on how to access the house days before the reservation and even let me extend my trip by 1 night hassle free. Definitely recommend for a single person or couple if you’re looking for a low key lovely accommodations in the heart of Berkley, MI.

Great location
We booked this for us going and coming from NFL Draft in Detroit. Short Lyft drive in a good area!! We even explored the area one day and found we could walk to a few brewery/ bars. Dog and Pony was the coolest brewery I have ever seen! We had plenty of room w 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds and the place was very clean w a great open layout.

Great spot
This was a great location and house for a quick trip. The house has some small cosmetic things, but was clearly thoroughly cleaned and prepared with bottled water, plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and freshly cleaned as well.

Nice house
Nice house, helpful host - hot tub amenity should be removed as there is not one and bathroom outlet didn't work but the house was great otherwise. Much better than a hotel!
